6. Team Accounts and Administrators
6.1 For the Team Plan, the entity that creates the team account is considered the “Customer” and designates one or more administrators (“Admin Users”).
6.2 Admin Users may invite additional users to the team workspace and manage roles, permissions, access levels and billing preferences, as provided within the Service.
6.3 The Customer is responsible for:
– ensuring that all team members comply with these Terms
– controlling access credentials and permissions
– all activities carried out under the team account
6. TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EU
This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union area (e.g. Google, servers in the USA). The transfer is authorized based on specific decisions of the European Union (Data Privacy Framework and Schrems II), so no further consent is required.
7. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Pursuant to articles 15-22 of the GDPR, the user has the right to request from the Data Controller:
Access to your personal data.
Rectification or deletion thereof.
Limitation of processing or objection to processing.
Data portability.
Withdrawal of consent (if previously given).
Requests should be addressed to the email address of the Data Controller indicated in point 1.
8. DATA RETENTION
Data collected through contact forms will be retained for as long as necessary to respond to the request, generally not exceeding 12 months from receipt, unless required by law.
Navigation data (logs) is retained for security and statistical purposes for a maximum period of 12 months.
Account data of registered users is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and in accordance with applicable regulations.
