Aita Workspace OS — Version 1.4.0

Released: August 18, 2026

Agenda gets a major upgrade. The Agenda app is now a fully-featured daily planner, with real-time context, smarter scheduling, and a much smoother creation flow.

What’s new

Current Time Indicator: a red line in Panorama shows exactly where you are in the day, and a badge in Detail view displays the current time when you’re viewing today
Soft Past-Time Warning: Agenda now warns you when creating an event in the past, but still lets you save it — perfect for logging past activities
Overview Quick Create: double-click any time slot in Panorama to open a pre-filled create overlay with the right date and start time
Free Slots Overlay: a “Find free slot” button on each Panorama day calculates available gaps, excluding existing events and personal constraints
Personal Constraints: define recurring protected time ranges (lunch, commute, etc.) and see them as gray labeled bands in Panorama
Live Conflict Detection: get immediate warnings when a new or edited event overlaps with another event or a personal constraint

Improvements

Agenda Creation Flow: the create overlay now includes project selection, color, notes, and attachments for faster event capture
Time Awareness: both Panorama and Detail views now make it obvious whether a selected time has already passed

Bug Fixes

Fixed free slot calculation to properly exclude personal constraints
Fixed missing localization for new Agenda labels in both Italian and English

Dashboard V2 is now the only dashboard. The new dashboard is now the default and sole interface — faster, cleaner, and built around how you actually work.

No more toggles, no more confusion: one unified dashboard that gives you your day at a glance.

Timeline & Agenda Section: a new two-column area shows your upcoming agenda items on the left and recent project activity on the right — so you always know what’s next and what just happened

Recent Activity Feed: a glanceable feed of today’s project activity — completed tasks, added fixes, new ideas, and timeline updates — each with its own color-coded icon

Cleaner Quick Actions: quick action pills now show a type label (Project, Note, Focus, etc.) for better context at a glance

Fixed corrupted emoji icons across KPI cards, Quick Actions, Project badges, and Smart Suggestions
Fixed a rendering issue in the Projects Pulse section that could prevent the dashboard from loading
Fixed missing translation for the “Recent Activity” section title in both Italian and English

Aita Workspace OS — Version 1.2.0

“Development Timeline” Card — An integrated technical diary for your projects that chronologically records all advancements, activities, and progress.

No more scattered notes or external files: the entire project history is now visible directly in the project detail view, sorted by date from the most recent entry to the oldest.

What’s new

Sorted Timeline: each entry has a date, title, description, and custom tags (e.g. bugfix, feature, UI, refactoring)
Add & Edit Entries: click “+ New entry” to create a new entry with a convenient form; edit or delete existing entries at any time
Built-in Filters: filter the timeline by tag or by month/year to quickly find what you need
Summary Indicators: total entry count and last modified date are always visible in the card header
Collapsible & Reorderable: like all other project sections, you can collapse it and drag it to your preferred position
Smart Default Position: appears right after Phases by default, keeping what needs to be done and what has already been done side by side
Full Persistence: all entries are automatically saved in the project state
