You’re looking at the Free guide. Whenever a section unlocks extra tools, look for the Premium badge.

1. Download & Installation

Download the installer from this page.

Run Aita-Workspace-OS-Free-1.0.0.exe and follow the wizard.

Warning: If the installer is blocked by your antivirus, add an exception or temporarily disable real-time protection.

Free Minimum requirements

  • Windows 10/11 64-bit
  • 4GB RAM
  • Dual-core CPU (Intel i3 / Ryzen 3 or newer)
  • 500MB free disk space

Premium Recommended specs (Nucleus inactive)

  • Windows 11 64-bit
  • 16GB RAM
  • SSD with at least 2GB free for caches/logs
  • Quad-core CPU (Intel i5/i7 10th gen or Ryzen 5 4000+)
  • Optional GPU for better multi-window rendering (4GB VRAM)

Premium + Nucleus Recommended specs (AI agent enabled)

  • Windows 11 Pro 64-bit
  • 32GB RAM minimum (allows local models + workspaces)
  • NVMe SSD with 4GB free for Nucleus models/logs
  • Dedicated NVIDIA GPU with CUDA support (Compute Capability 6.1+, 8GB VRAM)
  • If no CUDA GPU: high-end CPU (Intel i7/i9 12th gen or Ryzen 7 5000+) to sustain inference load

These specs keep Nucleus responsive when running locally with larger language models.

2. First launch

At first launch the app automatically:

  • Creates the workspace folder in %APPDATA%.
  • Configures default paths.
  • Loads the main interface.

The application automatically creates a default workspace named “Browser”.

Premium Key differences

  • Removes the Free-edition caps (workspace slots, project/resources limit, note/contact quotas).
  • Enables the Nucleus AI agent and advanced automations once activated from Settings → Subscription.

3. Create your first workspace

  1. Click the + icon in the sidebar.
  2. Enter a workspace name (e.g., “Work”).
  3. Press “Create”.

Each workspace is fully isolated and can contain:

  • Custom apps (Notes, Contacts, etc.).
  • Dedicated settings.
  • Personal files and documents.
Note: The integrated browser lives in its own window and is not part of the workspace.

4. Interface tour

Sidebar

Switch workspaces, open apps, and reach quick settings.

Header

Browser buttons, global search, and window controls.

Content area

Shows the active app window (browser, Notes, Projects, etc.).

Taskbar & windows

The bottom bar lists open workspace apps. Drag or resize each window from its header.

Tip: Hover the sidebar to expand it and reveal workspace names; it collapses when the pointer leaves, giving more room to the active app.

Premium Advanced dashboard

  • Nucleus widget with live suggestions based on To-Do, Agenda, and Reminders activity.
  • “Command center” layouts with docked panels (Projects + Notes + Timer) saved per workspace.
  • One-click access to automations (scripts) and multi-monitor scenes.

❓ Frequently asked questions

The app doesn’t start after installation

Check for log files in %APPDATA%/aita-workspace-os/logs. If nothing obvious appears, restart your PC.

Can I move the workspace folder?

Yes, via Settings → Paths. The app must restart afterwards.
